444jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if it determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users. In such cases, 444jili may withhold any account balance pending investigation.
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting 444jili's customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
